Terms and Conditions
Effective 20 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website located at indiasorted.com and the services made available through it (together, the Service). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is owned and operated by Velosify Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, whose registered office is at Plot No 5A/G1 Gemini Squa, Thenanthoppu St, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, Pincode 600043, India (referred to in these Terms as “India Sorted”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the Service, submitting an application through it, or making a payment through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or applying on behalf of a minor as their parent, guardian or authorised representative, to use the Service.
3. Nature of our Service
India Sorted is an independent private service that assists travellers in preparing and submitting applications for the Indian electronic visa (eVisa) through the official government portal. We are not the Government of India, we are not an agency of the Government of India, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as agent for any government authority. Every traveller is free to apply for an eVisa directly through the official government website without using our Service.
Our role is to review the information and documents you provide, prepare your application in the format required by the government portal, and file it on your behalf. The decision to grant, refuse, delay or condition any visa rests solely with the Government of India and its designated authorities. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the outcome or timing of any application.
4. Accuracy of the information you provide
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of every answer, document and photograph you submit through the Service, including passport details, personal particulars, travel history and answers to the security and eligibility questions. We may use automated tools, including optical character recognition and artificial intelligence, to help transcribe information from your passport, but you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming every field before it is filed. We accept no liability for a refusal, delay, penalty or other consequence that results from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information that you provided.
You warrant that you have the legal right to travel, that all documents you upload are genuine and belong to you or the applicant you are authorised to represent, and that you will not use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
5. Fees and payment
The total amount payable for each application consists of the government eVisa fee set by the Government of India, a bank or processing charge, and our service fee. The exact breakdown is shown to you before you make payment. Payments are processed by a third party payment processor. We do not store your full card or payment credentials.
Once you authorise payment, we will proceed to prepare and file your application. Fees paid to us do not include, and are separate from, any charge that your bank or card issuer may apply for currency conversion or international transactions.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, the government fee is generally non-refundable once an application has been filed with the government portal, in line with the government's own rules, while our service fee may be refunded in the circumstances described in that policy.
7. Document handling and third party providers
To deliver the Service we rely on trusted third party infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting and storage providers, an email delivery provider, and an artificial intelligence provider used to help read and transcribe passport documents. These providers process your information only to the extent necessary to perform these functions on our instructions. Further detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- submit false, forged or altered documents or information;
- use the Service on behalf of a person who has not authorised you to do so;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or the systems that support it;
- use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful under Indian law or the law of your home country.
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse to process any application where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse of the Service or a breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Velosify Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any application filed through it will be approved, approved within any particular timeframe, or approved on any particular terms. Processing times and outcomes are determined by the Government of India and are outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of our service fee actually paid by you for the application giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of travel bookings, loss of income or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of India.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Velosify Private Limited, its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or the information or documents you submitted being inaccurate, incomplete or unlawful.
13. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue your access to the Service at any time, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. Termination does not affect any right or obligation, including payment obligations, that accrued before termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, our obligations, or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
